SGN F2F LIGO Hanford – September 28 - September 30, 2026
We will meet to full days Monday through Wednesday to discuss pressing SGN work for IR1. It is expected that there will be time for longer term planning and development to occur too. The schedule reflects both but we may have to triage.
We will meet in the LHO OSB Conference Room. The following people will have cars available to carpool to and from the site
- Jameson Rollins (4 additional seats)
- Chad Hanna (3 additional seats)
- Maddie Wade (3 additional seats)
The recommended hotel is Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland near the river. There are no official dinner or outings planned outside of business hours but it is likely that people will join one another for dinner, etc. in the area near Homewood Suites in the evenings.
Schedule:
All times are pacific time. The site is remote without amenities and people should plan to pack supplies that might be needed throughout the day. We may at the group’s discretion stay slightly later on site if needed.
