Checking if the analysis has burned in

This only has to be done once at the beginning of the MDC for each analysis. After checking that the analysis has burnt in, we turn on uploads to GraceDB. Instructions are in here.

Reranking the triggers

This is done twice per MDC; once around 20 days after the MDC started and again after the MDC ends. Instructions are in here. Note that it is slightly different from how it is done for production runs.
