Getting Started

The simplest way to access the software used in this community is to use singularity on a linux system to have a single comprehensive environment. See Software for instructions on installing individual packages in different ways. To get all of the gwsci software try:

$ singularity run docker://gwsci/uber

To install gwsci container locally:

$ singularity build --sandbox --fix-perms gwsci-uber-dev docker://gwsci/uber
